Financial Literacy Nepal (FLN) is a dedicated, tax-exempt non-profit organization established in August 2022 with the mission of advancing financial inclusion and literacy across Nepal. FLN works to enhance financial awareness, skill development, capacity building, consulting services, advocacy, and research & development. The organization collaborates closely with communities, financial institutions, government bodies, non-government organizations, and the private sector to deliver impactful financial empowerment programs. These initiatives primarily support underserved groups especially women, youth, and rural populations by equipping them with essential knowledge in savings, budgeting, credit management, and financial planning.
FLN’s mission is rooted in breaking cycles of poverty by fostering informed financial decision-making. By helping individuals access formal financial systems, build assets, and improve their economic resilience, the organization contributes to long-term livelihood sustainability.
With a strong focus on innovation and community partnership, FLN conducts training programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns in rural and semi-urban areas where financial education remains limited. Guided by the belief that financial empowerment strengthens community resilience, FLN is committed to building a financially inclusive Nepal where every individual has the opportunity to grow and thrive.
